Film Debut Scholarship
This scholarship gives recipients an opportunity to participate in a single Film Gym at no cost to them. It’s meant for those with little-to-no film experience who are wanting to try out our program before fully committing to it. We want to give you a chance to experience on-set life! Here’s some criteria:

Step 1
Write an essay (750-1250 wordcount). We suggest it includes the following:
- What inspired you to get into film
- What projects/career you’re currently pursuing
- What’s your relevant industry experience (if any)
- What are your career goals in the film industry
- Why you think Film Gym is right for you
- What’s your financial situation (optional)
- What’s your personal journey
If you’re a storyteller, then also include a script or short story you’ve written
Step 2
Submit your application, including your information and essay (and short story/script if you’re a writer/storyteller). Click the “Apply Now” button by whichever scholarship you’ve chosen, and fill out each field. Step 3
Wait for your submission to be reviewed by the provider of our scholarship program, Film Guild. Upon approval, an ActionStudios.co team member will contact you informing you of your approval and next steps!
